First is "I'm Going to Follow the Boys" by Henry Burr and Elizabeth Spencer, from 1918. It relies on the popularity of "Over There" in its chorus. Second is an anti-war song, "I Didn't Raise My Boy to Be a Soldier", written in 1915 when war broke out and used for the cause of keeping America out of the war.
